How do I order Energetix products?

Energetix products are only available through healthcare practitioners.  If your practitioner doesn't currently carry Energetix products, you can refer your practitioner and we'll get in touch with him/her.

What makes Energetix different from other natural homeopathic, botanical and nutritional supplement companies?

Energetix remedies are uniquely designed to complement any healing protocol.  We use a unique processing method (Spagyric) that is labor intensive, time-consuming and highly specific. A single batch of spagyrically processed Energetix remedies takes a minimum of forty days to produce. Most companies aren’t willing to invest in such an intricate and time-consuming process.

Our remedies are easy to absorb, wild-crafted and/or organic with therapeutic grade ingredients.  Each formula is comprehensively designed to support the entire body as well as target specific areas.

Can Energetix tell me which products I should use?

Only your healthcare provider can customize an individualized plan for you with our programs and products as therapeutic grade products require guidance from a trained professional.  We can help you understand some of the key features of our products and our website is an excellent resource for further education.

What does Spagyrically Processed mean?

Spagyric medicine is a natural method of healthcare based on medicinal plants. The word “Spagyric” refers to the separation, purification and reunification process during which an essence is produced. Energetix uses the Spagyric method of processing whenever possible.

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dosage is indicated on the packaging: however, individual needs may vary and we recommend that you check with your practitioner about your healthcare program.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.

Does your company comply with cGMP standards?

Yes, Energetixis a cGMP-compliant company.  We ensure that our products are manufactured under the strictest QC and QA controls and adhere to the highest standards of quality.

What is the expiration date on your products?

All homeopathics (Chords, Paths, Tones, Flowers, Phenolic Rings) have no expiration date. The FDA, which regulates homeopathics, does not require them to have expiration dates.

All other products have their expiration date noted on the label. If you have any questions, please contact us with the lot number so we can assist you.

The dropper is clogged, how do I fix it?

Our botanicals are spagyrically processed and this means particulates often are left in the remedy. This is perfectly normal. If the dropper is clogged, run it under hot water to loosen the sediment.

How do I take the homeopathics: do I have to avoid coffee and mint and take them away from foods?

It is best to take them as directed by your practitioner. The normal conventions for taking homeopathics are not necessarily required with our products due to their stability and sourcing from the mother tincture.

I cannot have alcohol; do you have any products without alcohol?

All of our liquid remedies have a small amount of alcohol as preservative. If desired, you can put the remedy in very warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes, the alcohol will evaporate and then you can drink it.

Can babies and children take your products?

Our products are safe for babies and children, however, it is up to the practitioner’s discretion to discern the appropriateness of the remedy to the patient. Generally, we suggest 1 drop per 5 pounds of body weight. Liquid remedies may be applied topically as well.
