Homeopathy in the United States is experiencing a resurgence in interest and in popularity. During the twentieth century in the U.S., the use of homeopathy continued quietly in the background. Meanwhile, however, in other countries there was a steady growth in its practice, research, and teaching. At present, statistics show sales of homeopathic medicines are rising rapidly – about 12% to 15% per year. The number of healthcare practitioners integrating homeopathy into their practice is increasing quickly, and certain homeopathic remedies are appearing in large-scale marketing campaigns and in mainstream pharmaceutical dispensaries.
